About
For the past 8 months Gary has been leading the growth plan for Best Practice Network in the role of Director of Marketing & Development. With 122% growth in candidate registrations and 25% year on year growth in TSA and MAT partnerships, Gary has certainly made his mark. With the business now also expanded rapidly into international markets it has been an exciting period for the business and the sustainability of the business is solid.
Prior to moving back to the UK, Gary led the marketing function for Pearson South Africa and served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team that smashed academic publishing records in South Africa consistently over a 5 year period with the roll-out of the new CAPS curriculum. Previously Gary has worked as a sales trainer and team manager, developing and executing strategies to grow brand awareness, loyalty and sales for FMCG brands including Pepsi and a Bass Brewers portfolio including Hooch, Reef and Caffreys.
